How do I pick my size?

Our structured hat comes in two closed-back stretch sizes: S/M fits 21.26”–22.76” (54–57.8 cm) and L/XL fits 22.36”–23.86” (56.8–60.6 cm). Measure around your head just above the ears and check the size chart in the product photos.

How long will my order take?

Each hat is made to order. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, and standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after that. You’ll get a tracking email when it ships.

Can I return or exchange my hat?

Because every hat is made just for you, we can’t accept returns for sizing or change of mind. If your hat arrives defective or misprinted, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace or refund it.

How do I care for my hat?

Spot clean only. Don’t machine wash or dry, so the structure and embroidery stay crisp.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship within the U.S. only.
